Kind receives her PhD degree

Arnesen lab congratulates Laura Kind who successfully completed her trial lecture and PhD defense on the 12th of October 2023. The title of her PhD thesis was «Molecular mechanisms of HNF-1A mediated gene transcription in health and diabetes» and the given topic for the trial lecture was «The role of MODY genes and encoded proteins in the molecular regulation of alpha cell function in health and disease». The PhD project was supervised by Prof. Thomas Arnesen and co-supervised Prof. Pål Rasmus Njølstad og Prof. Petri Kursula.
