Arnesen lab congratulates Dr. Hanne Øye who successfully completed her trial lecture and PhD defense on the 25th of April 2025. The title of her PhD thesis was «Small cell lung cancer – The role of a putative tumor suppressor» and the topic for the trial lecture was «Roles of matrix metalloproteinases in lung cancer». The PhD project was supervised by Dr. Henriette Aksnes and co-supervised by Prof. Thomas Arnesen og Dr. Marianne Aanerud.
